Box came in great condition. Unpacked and checked to make sure all pieces and parts were included against packing list. It was. Packing was neat, tidy, organized. Metal frame pieces look like they will last 2-3+ years. Quality good, not flimsy or plastic. Can’t speak for durability as it’s new. SELLER quick to respond over an issue and made it right. The cabinet is a nice piece, the box wasn’t opened and they had a piece marked incorrectly but the seller went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer to get the part shipped to me, not only once but twice (Fedex did what Fedex does and the board that was missing had been snapped in half during delivery. Besides that, it’s a nice piece and again the seller was extremely helpful!
Truly one of the best experiences. Incredibly professional transaction from top to bottom, great selection and pricing. After purchasing two ottomans, the store reached out directly to help answer and questions. After a couple days, one arrived (looks great, and perfect condition!)..the other got hung up with the shipper.
